A, An तथा The को Articles कहा जाता है। सामान्यतः इनका प्रयोग Noun के पहले होता है।

Article पांच प्रकार के होते हैं:

1. Indefinite Article in Hindi
A or An का प्रयोग किसी Noun के position को Indefinite or uncertain (अनिश्चित) बनाने के लिए किया जाता है।

2. He has a car.
(उसके पास एक कार है।)
3. She needs an onion.
(उसे एक प्याज चाहिए।)

2. Definite Article in Hindi
The का प्रयोग किसी Noun के position को definite or certain (निश्चित) बनाने के लिए किया जाता है।

2. The book is on the table.
(पुस्तक मेज पर है।)
3. She feeds the hungry.
(वह भूखों को खाना खिलाती है।)
4. The dog is a faithful animal.

(वे बेघर लोगों को आश्रय देते है।)
